In the line of yachts of the "Radisson" flotilla, a new fish restaurant - "Erwin. Reka” (Ervin.river), the younger brother of the well-known restaurant "Erwin.rekamoreokean" (Erwin.riverseaocean), is now open under the management of Alexander Rapoport.
The restaurant is open from noon to 1:00 am, and twice a day, at a scheduled time, travels along the Moscow river. During the trip, it sails past many important landmarks of the capital.
Alexey Ryabov runs the kitchen of the restaurant. Under his supervision, the hits of "Erwin.rekamoreokean" (Erwin.riverseaocean) are prepared: caviar and oysters, crabs and crayfish, all kinds of shrimp from the Russian seas, as well as a luxurious collection of regional delicacies, from Baikal cisco to Sosva herring. The variety offered is a little less than at the main restaurant, but the quality of food and attention paid to the dishes are also at a high level.
The guests are greeted by the crabs and shrimp laying on a mountain of ice. The cabin of the yacht is decorated in a recognizable style: unique lamps are made in the shape of octopuses and starfish, the sofas are upholstered in a cloth of pleasant to the eye aquamarine color. In the middle rises the statue of Erwin - the ruler of this underwater kingdom who is wearing a fashionable set of swimming trunks from the latest collection of a recognizable brand. To emphasize that the action is taking place on the river, the designers added a pebble-gray and a sandy-yellow colors to the color scheme. In addition, if you desire to watch the ripples of water you can do so through the panoramic windows, which stay clean and transparent in any weather.
