Especially for March 8, Pastry Chef Olga Rybakova has developed creations in which every detail is considered — from flavor combinations to visual presentation — ensuring the gift looks complete and requires no additional embellishments. The collection includes two gift dessert sets. The first opens with the "Chocolate Bag" dessert — an elegant chocolate handbag concealing truffle candies coated in pistachio crumbs. The composition is complemented by "Teddy Bear" — a classic tiramisu under a thin layer of chocolate — and rounded out with "Spring Garden" — a delicate mousse dessert with almond crumble and raspberries, adorned with buttercream tulips. The second set features: "Rose" dessert — a mousse dessert with almond and raspberry, crowned with an elegant rose made of raspberry mousse and cream tulips. Alongside it is the familiar "Teddy Bear", and at the center of the set is the "Vanilla-Raspberry" sponge cake: thin vanilla layers infused with aromatic raspberries and complemented by a delicate buttercream, finished in an elegant "Lambeth" style. Complementing the festive line are two spring celebration cakes, decorated to resemble truly fragrant blossoms. "Basket of Flowers" is coated with a thin layer of ganache and adorned with sugar paste decorations; wafer paper flowers create the effect of a spring bouquet. The second option — "Tulips" — is a minimalist snow-white cake with a bouquet of chocolate tulips and a decorative bow. The minimum weight for both cakes is 2 kg (from 12,000 RUB).
