Geraldine neo-bistro celebrates its birthday with a complimentary treat for guests.
9 years of French charm on Ostozhenka
Geraldine, the legendary French neo-bistro, is celebrating nine years since its relaunch under the Rappoport Restaurants group. However, the venue’s history on Ostozhenka Street spans more than two decades; it was originally founded by the Pozner brothers in 2014 and named after their mother, the Frenchwoman Geraldine Luttin. In 2017, the establishment experienced a rebirth, retaining the name and spirit of a French bistro while adopting a new concept and an interior reflecting 1960s Parisian chic. Since then, Geraldine has consistently appeared in restaurant rankings and garnered awards, including the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand. To mark this dual celebration—honoring both its current incarnation and its past—the restaurant team has prepared a generous gift. On July 14, from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, every guest will receive a complimentary foie gras terrine served on buckwheat brioche with a refreshing mango and passion fruit gel. This dish is a creative experiment by Chef Evgeny Utkin, a true foie gras enthusiast. Known for blending classic French techniques with bold modern accents, Utkin showcases his signature style brilliantly in this dish. Today, Geraldine is a favorite destination for fine dining enthusiasts, where staples like onion soup with Gruyère and duck confit sit alongside the chef’s creative improvisations, and the wine list features exclusively French selections.
