On August 14, the Voskhod restaurant will celebrate Honey Spas in grand style: for the occasion, a honey cake weighing 100 kilograms and measuring 1.2 meters in diameter is being prepared . Anyone interested will be able to taste this festive dessert*. Olga Rybakova, Head Pastry Chef at the Voskhod restaurant’s Cake Atelier , and her team are responsible for creating the cake. The main preparation will take place in the pastry kitchen; at 6:30 PM, the cake will be brought out to the dining area, where the pastry chefs will complete its decoration. Guests will be able to watch the process and witness the final stages of the honey cake's creation. Starting at 7:00 PM, all fans of honey-based desserts will be able to taste the festive treat*.
