Especially for the festival, Chef Evgeny Utkin has reimagined iconic French specialties, updating their form and visual presentation while preserving their authentic flavors. The set is priced at 3,026 rubles. The festival menu includes: • Nice-style green salad – a fresh take on the legendary salad, featuring perfectly seared fresh tuna as the star ingredient. • Burgundy snails – a traditional delicacy baked in garlic-herb butter, served with a creative twist inside a crispy vol-au-vent. • Onion soup – a French classic, featuring gooey Raclette cheese for the first time. • Passion fruit crème brûlée – an elegant tropical finale with a perfect caramelized crust. Guests can complement the festival set with an optional alcoholic pairing: an "Apricot-Almond" cocktail (1,100 rubles) or a shot of Dewar’s French Smooth 8 Years (650 rubles). The Russian Restaurant Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026. Over the years, the project has not only united restaurants across dozens of Russian cities and provided a major boost to domestic culinary tourism but has also become a key industry benchmark, showcasing new talent and concepts.
