As part of the festival, Chef Evgeny Utkin has developed a special menu united by the concept of "Escape to the Forest" – one of four locations proposed by the organizers, along with the sea, mountains, and river. The menu includes three dishes, united by a forest theme and the principle of pairing. The chef suggests starting with a salad of pulled rabbit with port marmalade and chanterelles. Paired with an Apricot-Almond cocktail made with Dewar's 8 Years French Smooth (3,500 rubles per pair), it instantly transports you to the mushroom-filled depths of a summer forest. The centerpiece is a venison pie with wild mushrooms and demi-glace—a hearty and refined dish served with Dewar's 8 Years on its own (3,900 rubles per pair). This culinary journey concludes with a signature dessert, "Crème Brûlée with Foie Gras and Berries," and a non-alcoholic "Plum-Riesling" lemonade (1,500 rubles per pair), which gently brings this story to a close. Guests can immerse themselves in the forest atmosphere both in the cozy neo-bistro dining room and on the summer veranda. The festival menu is available from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily until August 2.
