Pepper Carpaccio (850 RUB) — marinated and roasted pepper, pepper and almond sauce, olive tapenade, chives. Eggplant Schnitzel (1,080 RUB) — baked breaded eggplant, marinara sauce with tomatoes, olives, and capers, served with lemon. Green Cream Soup with asparagus and zucchini (950 RUB) — cream soup of zucchini, spinach, celery, and asparagus, with broccoli and pistachios.
