Lenten Burger with french fries and green aioli (890 RUB) — bean patty, romaine lettuce, Uzbek tomatoes, red onion, and herb green sauce in a soft bun. Served with crispy french fries. Gochujang Cucumbers (990 RUB) — fresh cucumbers marinated in soy sauce and gochujang paste with ponzu and sesame oil. Cilantro, pine nuts, and chili. Tabbouleh Salad with marinated couscous (1,100 RUB) — couscous marinated in red wine vinegar and lemon, mixed lettuce leaves, Uzbek tomatoes, mint, and parsley. Borscht with soy sour cream (550 RUB) — vegetable broth with beets, carrots, and Jerusalem artichoke. Soy sour cream is prepared with olive oil and a hint of mustard. Pumpkin Soup with black rice and coconut (550 RUB) — creamy pumpkin and fennel in soy milk, topped with crispy black rice chips and coconut flakes.
