The menu opens with appetizers: spicy crispy Chinese-style cucumbers (680 RUB), pickled wood ear mushrooms (750 RUB) with bok choy, and vegetable spring rolls (650 RUB), fried to a golden crisp and served with red chili sauce. Among the hot dishes are classics of Chinese cuisine with bold, distinctive flavors. Mapo Tofu (950 RUB) is prepared in a rich, spicy Sichuan pepper sauce. Coconut milk soup with enoki mushrooms and udon noodles (750 RUB) offers a new interpretation of Tom Yum soup. Wok-fried eggplant (800 RUB) and baby cabbage (850 RUB) are cooked with ginger root and scallions, while wok-fried potatoes with chili pepper (650 RUB) provide a bright, savory complement. Flat rice noodles with vegetables (750 RUB) is a hearty, satisfying dish prepared in the finest traditions of Chinese street food. For dessert — caramelized bananas (600 RUB) with a delicate crispy coating, and tender orange mochi (350 RUB), ending the meal on a light citrus note. The Lenten menu is now available at the "Kitayskaya Gramota" restaurants on Sretenka and in Barvikha.
