The menu begins with cold appetizers and salads: Lenten Olivier with pickled mushrooms and dandelion (790 RUB), vinaigrette of roasted vegetables with sauerkraut (590 RUB), crispy avocado with coconut miso (1,190 RUB) — deep-fried with pesto and tomato salsa. Also worth noting are eggplant satsivi (950 RUB) with Baje sauce made with vegetable broth, and mushroom pâté (950 RUB) with morel jelly and roasted chickpeas. In the pastry and soup section, two types of kutabs are offered: with pumpkin and mushrooms (670 RUB) and with herbs (550 RUB). For soup lovers, there is porcini mushroom broth (850 RUB) and borscht with cherry and hibiscus (650 RUB) — made with roasted beets, tomatoes, fresh and sauerkraut, cherries, and hibiscus tea, which gives the soup its vibrant color. Hot dishes include varenyky with cauliflower (790 RUB), which surprise not only with their bright green color but also with their preparation — fried and served with sesame sauce and tomato salsa; potato casserole (950 RUB), roasted cabbage in eggplant sauce (810 RUB), chanterelle pilaf (1,100 RUB), buckwheat noodles with vegetables (950 RUB) featuring leeks, cauliflower, and tomatoes in unagi sauce; and lobiani in spicy pepper with young pea sauce (850 RUB). Also worth highlighting is green asparagus with chanterelles and coconut purée (1,250 RUB).
