Among the salads is fattoush with vegetables, cashews, baked tortilla, and a narsharab dressing. In the soups section — a hearty porcini mushroom soup with pearl barley, honey mushrooms, and parsnip. The hot dishes now include tofu in coconut curry sauce with cherry tomatoes and basmati rice, as well as fried young potatoes with oyster mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, and champignons. For dessert, guests are offered cherry varenyky dusted with powdered sugar, tea-honey gingerbread with black currant and walnuts, and chocolate sponge cake with prunes.
