Chef Sergey Volkonenkov has prepared two seasonal dishes in which ripe figs take center stage, adding a vibrant flavor and subtle fruity sweetness. Adjarian Camembert with Figs and Hazelnuts — 1,850 rubles Camembert cheese is baked in puff pastry until golden brown. The figs are simmered in wine with sugar and thyme. The finished dish is garnished with roasted hazelnuts. Fig Tartlet — 790 rubles Almond tartlet with honey-fig filling and a base of nut cream and fresh figs.
