Bibirevo
Moscow's first gastronomic restaurant with beer
Bibirevo is a trendy kitschy restaurant by Alexander Rappaport, where the usual format of a beer place is turned upside down. Here, irony becomes style: instead of a brutal entourage, there is a bold and flashy interior, modern art and deliberately provocative details. Hermes canisters sit next to Louis Vuitton fire extinguishers, white tablecloths with Zalto glasses and Hermes porcelain, and a 16—tap beer system with an original Rolls Royce phantom imitates a car hood. The staff maintains a hooligan style that combines the incongruous: waiters in original Adidas suits, hostesses in Polo Ralph Lauren tennis aesthetics. The beer list is one of the most impressive in Moscow: more than 200 items from all over the world, collected according to the "wine" principle, with an emphasis on taste, style and origin. At the same time, the cuisine does not fade into the shadows — the author's international menu sounds loud and independent. And yes, sports are also part of the atmosphere here: 40 plasma screens broadcast events from all over the world, turning the space into a dynamic urban club.
